I personally wouldn't wear white to a wedding.

FitnessFad · 23/08/2016 17:26

Err, a long white dress? To a wedding?

No.

PurpleDaisies · 23/08/2016 17:27

Another vote for no. Sorry.

FV45 · 23/08/2016 17:27

No.

ShatnersBassoon · 23/08/2016 17:28

It's white and long, and it looks like a nightdress. I wouldn't.

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:28

Bollocks.

I think it's fine, you could always wear a cardi with it so it isn't all white. Or get the coral one.

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:28

I've been to about 7 charity shops today and they had nothing. I think I'll have to just not go.

No, too white and bridal! Sorry.

TobleroneBoo · 23/08/2016 17:29

No, try boohoo, cheap and fast delivery

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:29

Maple the coral one is £19 delivered so double that.

Is it available in the pinky colour?

PurpleDaisies · 23/08/2016 17:31

Have you got anything even sort of suitable in your wardrobe?

Failing that, Sainsburys has some pretty dresses in the sale for less than £10 each.

cardboardPeony · 23/08/2016 17:31

Do you not have any dresses at all that you could wear? Or smart trousers and top? Or even borrow off someone?

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:33

I have one that I wore to a funeral everyone at the wedding attended and its too big. And another one that I wear everytime we go out and its thick and has lobg sleeves. I think I'll be to hot.
My family are all much skinnier than me so no borrowing.

What about dying it blue or something?

TobleroneBoo · 23/08/2016 17:35

Honestly try boohoo.com they are currently doing 30% off maxi dresses if that's what you are after and next day delivery is currently £1.50

CafeCremeMerci · 23/08/2016 17:35

Primark?

ImperialBlether · 23/08/2016 17:36

How is everyone seeing a dress? I just get the home page.

WipsGlitter · 23/08/2016 17:36

eBay?

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:37

Cafe I thought that but its 100% poly. Dont think it would take.

I'll try boohoo x

They're all very clingy looking on boohoo. I'm currebtly 14stone. I don't think they would suit me.

OP posts:
TobleroneBoo · 23/08/2016 17:47

That's a shame, there is a nice navy patterned one on h&m for only a couple of pound more

It never goes down well to wear a long white dress to a wedding

SpaceDinosaur · 23/08/2016 17:51

What size are you wearing pugalug?

SirPugalug · 23/08/2016 17:54

I was an 18 at 15 stone and have lost 16lbs so a 16 i think.
