Do nail tip whitening pens exist?

Do these exist? I have the pencil that goes under the nail but would like a varnish but in a pen applicator...if that makes sense. Can anyone recommend one?

Whitening toothpaste, put under tips, leave for a couple of minutes and then scrub with nail brush

You're better off getting a set of vinyls or guides (like these http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/191659485203) and using white polish, then dealing with top coat. A pen might not be very neat and there's a fine line between French mani and tip exxed nails in maths class
