Bargain but too much for Christmas do?

I found a bargain dress know the Jane Norman sale, reduced from £75 to £20.

We are having our Christmas do in a a hotel, not a swanky one but nice for our area. Is this dress too much?

  1. You look lovely
  1. It depends on the do and your colleagues. It is very pink and there is some cleavage visible behind the mesh. It also depends what sort of image you want to project.

Bargain though!

No. How many opportunities do we get to glam it up? I say keep the frock!

(It looks fab)

I think you look lovely. The colour suits you. You look like a Greek Goddess!

peachypips · 21/08/2016 19:36

I like it! Keep it, wear it and enjoy being beautiful.

Forsythya · 21/08/2016 19:49

Definitely keep it!

talksensetome · 21/08/2016 19:50

Thanks!

herecomesthesun it actually looked red on the website but it is VERY pink, you're right. What image does it project?

Not at all! It's gorgeous and both pink and a slight flash of cleavage are perfectly acceptable at the Xmas do.

What image you want to project indeed. Tut.

You look lovely.

ProseccoBitch · 21/08/2016 19:58

I think if it was me I'd check what everyone else was wearing first nearer the time and decide then, but whatever you decide, you look amazing!

Pisssssedofff · 21/08/2016 20:01

You can never be over dressed, it's gorgeous

Myfirstbornisacollie · 21/08/2016 20:02

The work Christmas do's I've been to in 4/5* hotels always have a wide variation in dress types- some clubby, some cocktail and some full length.
As long as you feel comfortable in the dress I'd wear it, it looks lovely on you

ColintheCrow · 21/08/2016 20:03

It looks lovely!! Keep it.

NancyNamechange · 21/08/2016 20:05

I love the back! It's really flattering on you too. I think it's perfect for a Christmas do

TwoLittleBlooms · 21/08/2016 20:05

I think you look lovely in the dress Smile I would wear it.

talksensetome · 21/08/2016 20:14

I am feeling much better about it now. I wasn't sure if it was a bit bridesmaidy or something.

I love the back too, will get a low back body to go underneath it rather than the bra I am wearing in the picture.
