Eyebrow kits?!

Ok so at the moment I use an eyebrow pencil to 'draw/fill/shape' my eyebrows, but I want to make them appear more 'refined' if that makes sense?

Looking at eyebrow kits on Boots website, unsure of what to go for, any recommendations? I can't afford to spend silly money so around a tenner is good! (Less is better 😁)

I actually prefer a pencil. I tried a couple of kits because of their popularity but found that they made my brows look too furry and powdery and on me looked fake. My sons gf uses a benefit kit and although her brows have a good shape they just look kind of fluffy and powdery.
