I've noticed a strange ridge on my boots, curving irregularly around the toe, about half an inch above the vamp. Does anyone have any idea what caused it and how to get rid of it? It's definitely not a salt stain - it's not white. It's just a raised ridge. Almost like a raised scar on skin.
