Is this too "officey" for posh dinner?

Excuse state of mirror, bed, floor etc!

We're going for posh dinner with friends tonight. My go to black dress is now too big due to recent weight loss so I need to find something else!

I'm set on the skirt & heels I think but not sure on the top. Other options are long sleeve black blouse or loose dark blue vest top.

Please help!!!

All black, with pink shoes.

Bangle - no necklace.

I would forgo the necklace with the black blouse and do the bracelet.
Colored shoes, nice bag.
Have a lovely evening!

Definitely all black with black/blue necklace and nude/coloured shoes! Have a wonderful evening!

Thank you everyone.

Will have to go with pink shoes as turns out I've destroyed the heels on the nude ones! And either blue necklace or none at all.

DH is taking the piss for asking MN apparently he thought the black blouse all along.
