Long Sleeved Undershirts During Summer

I don't show my arms. A/W is easy, but during summer, any suggestions for lightweight undershirts I can wear under sleeveless dresses?

Why don't you want to show your arms? Could you not have a lightweight floaty over shirt thing rather than wearing something underneath?

I have many moles in my arms. One was actually shave biopsied because the dermatologist though it was dysplastic. Turned out to be sunspot.

Just thinking if I wear something underneath (like during the Winter) it will show up the dress more.
