I don't think there's any official policy on what to wear, my boss wears a suit (male) and my five colleagues all female are smart-ish, no jeans for example. Mostly everyone wear trousers, I'm the only one who doesn't as I find dresses easy to throw on but it's hard to tell if this dress is a bit too casual. Am a size 14 and early forties.

Probably if it was longer on me than on the model and the jersey is good quality. Not sure why they've styled it with trainers but could work with smart flats.

(Am early/mid thirties)

I work in a school and I would, dress it up with nice shoes :) it looks lovely, I want it now!

paddypants13 · 17/08/2016 09:26

I would, with smarter shoes. (I'm mid thirties.)

I've got one similar. I wear it all the time in winter with ankle boots or brogues...

I'm a doctor but not in a suit speciality.

Great, just what I was thinking, looks like it could be smartened up (without trainers) and be easy to wear so long as the quality is good.

Definitely with heels!

Absolutely - it's perfect for work and would look good with loafer type shoe, or a higher heel for smarter occasions like meetings.

Yes, with tights and ballet flats and a bit of smartish jewellery. It looks to me like a really good dress to dress up or down.

I would yes, I love it, is exactly the sort of thing I would wear and I'm early 40s too if that helps.
