Please suggest an outfit for this skirt.

I love this fit and flare skirt.
It's quite textured and I love the colours.

Can you suggest a top and shoes to make it smart casual.

I tend to wear the same things with it. I've strappy duck egg vest top, and suede navy wedges which I love and suit but want something else for a change.

Red cami and tan sandals/ your navy wedges?
White cami, red cardigan and either of the above shoes?
Red ballet flats?

Ive just tried it with those clothes and its looks nice!
