My bridesmaids have chosen this dress

for our upcoming November wedding.
Very glad the dresses are chosen (they were harder than picking my wedding dress!) and I really like them. But now comes the decision of what to wear with them. It's likely to be pretty cold, so they'll need some sort of warm cover (jacket, cardi, pashmina, shawl, bolero?), probably in a neutral colour. Anyone seen anything that could work?
