I can only describe it as a warm metallic grey smudgy eyeshadow that you might use as well as/ in place of eyeliner.

Lily lolo do a powder mineral in gunpowder grey that's very sheer and you can build it up.

Rimmel do a lovely grey Kohl pencil that's blendable.
