I am going to a wedding in September and have the main part of my outfit - skirt with sleeveless top but wanted to find something to cover my arms and/ or shoulders if the weather turns out not to be great.
Colour of the top is navy and both top and skirt are fairly plain so a little sparkle or embellishment would be nice.
Have quite a limited budget too!
