I was totally swayed by the beautiful packaging. Please tell me I'm not the only one who has done something like this?

I got a nude colour, not actually used mine yet. I had to stop myself from getting the nail varnish as well BlushGod only knows how much that was !
I blame being in London Grin

Tom Ford on the other hand.

Now that's some good shit.

SapphireSeptember · 06/08/2016 23:14

Shock Oh good grief! I could easily spend that on lipsticks in one go, but reckon I could get between 15-20 off eBay, (I'm a lipstick junkie Blush.)

Most of the reviews I've seen online have been so-so, including from one lady who does reviews on YouTube for seriously high end make up to stuff like Essence and Wet n wild. I own one lipstick that cost more than a tenner and that's MAC's Morange.

notamummy10 · 06/08/2016 23:15

The most I've ever spent on a lipstick is £15.50 Shock

CinderellaFant · 06/08/2016 23:16

I think it looks like a sex toy!

SoHereItIs2016 · 06/08/2016 23:21

What is it? Link!

Beeziekn33ze · 06/08/2016 23:21

A bullet case, why?

Donatellalymanmoss · 06/08/2016 23:21

Did the shop have very big windows? Because they certainly saw you coming Grin

MrsSchadenfreude · 06/08/2016 23:22

I suppose at that price, it could be a dual use lippie/butt plug? Grin

KickAssAngel · 06/08/2016 23:24

You could wear that as a necklace, though. Although I think it looks more like a mini perfume than a sex toy, so maybe I'm too naive to comment.

mrsclooneytoyou · 06/08/2016 23:28

It kind of reminds me of all the glamorous things my gran use to have displayed on her dressing table. I think that's what swayed me. Even though I don't have a dressing table Grin

Guerlain's Rouge G lipsticks have a glam (non butt plug) look. They're around the £30 mark.

mrsclooneytoyou · 06/08/2016 23:34

They are beautiful looking Bunty

OP posts:
MissBeaHaving · 06/08/2016 23:37

Of course the designer knows it looks like a but plug!
But people don't care, they will still pay extortionate amounts.

Op are you sure there isn't a recess for batteries ?

MissBeaHaving · 06/08/2016 23:37

*buttBlush

mrsclooneytoyou · 06/08/2016 23:38

Will have a look when I take it out of the box Wink

OP posts:
DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 06/08/2016 23:39

Ouch, isn't that a bit pointy for a butt plug ?Shock

BuntyFigglesworthSpiffington · 06/08/2016 23:40

Don't put it up your bum OP. Only put things with a flared end in your bottom. And by flared end I don't mean a Bee Gee.

Cheesymonster · 07/08/2016 07:13

I really want to try Tom Ford lipstick. I bought myself a Dior lipstick for my wedding day. Then I went back and got the Dior lip glow which is really glorified Chapstick.

Come back op and show us a swatch of the colour!

SomeonesRealName · 07/08/2016 07:27

It's gorgeous OP and I don't even wear lipstick... and I think this is the first time I've posted in S&B... your thread's in active conversations.

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 07/08/2016 07:27

It's certainly very gold.

user7755 · 07/08/2016 07:42

I'm sorry but I can't see how that is even slightly appealing! It's really garish and does look like a sex aide. That genuinely cost £65? Shock

burnishedsilver · 07/08/2016 11:24

The lipstick is just a marketing gimmick. It's actually a sex toy.

DonkeyOaty · 07/08/2016 11:31

ROAR at BeeGee, Bunty

Whatthefoxgoingon · 07/08/2016 12:07

The guerlain lipsticks are great. Handy mirror as well!
