What colour toe nails should I have for holiday? Please help!

OK, I know the answer is any that I like but... I always use a deep pink.

I'm off to the south of France and Monaco for the week, having a proper pedi and want to look summery and have something different.

I'm blonde and tan a bit (although I go red if I over do it!) but have horrible toes so don't want to draw too much attention to that area Grin

Thanks for any advice!

Coral looks nice on tanned feet

Yes, I like coral on others but have have never been brave enough to try it Blush

I wear a lot of blue. All shades.

I always have hot pink toenails for holiday. Or bright blue!

Have a fab time.

MrsPnut · 06/08/2016 18:31

I have hot pink at the moment and might change it for coral before we head to the south of France in a weeks time.

I have an OPI called I eat mainly Lobster, it's bright pinky coral and looks great with a tan.

arribaarriba · 06/08/2016 19:45

Would it look ok on a blonde (if you aren't)?

No to coral, it never seems to deliver. I have a fantastic colour for my holiday called Life's a Peach by Eve Snow, it's a sort of Creme peach, high intensity that looks wonderful with a tan, it sort of pops, I could only get it at Net A Porter, sold out everywhere else. I love it!

I'm wearing teal atm which is looking good on my slightly tanned legs.

OneTwoOneTwoThreeFour · 06/08/2016 20:04

Love coral, always works for me!

teacher54321 · 06/08/2016 20:05

Coral or hot pink. I'm blonde with tanned feet and either of those look great on my paws.

DameXanaduBramble · 06/08/2016 20:07

I just like a pop of colour with a tan, coral just seems to blend in with my feet - but we are all different, hey.

OneTwoOneTwoThreeFour · 06/08/2016 20:14

Coral is a massive colour pop on me! But I am quite fair.

I love the Chiltern Park pinky red colour from M&S.
I've been happily wearing it all summer.
I love cheerful toenails they make me happy Smile

Love the pedicure SOS call! Grin

MyFriendsCallMeOh · 07/08/2016 04:24

I've always worn bright corals, pinks and reds on my toes in summer but recently went for pale baby pink, which looks gorgeous with a tan on very well groomed toes. Bright colors are more forgiving I think but a professional pedi with pale colors can make your feet look like they belong in a magazine.

Choceeclair123 · 07/08/2016 08:15

Dior Lilac is gorgeous as is Dior Sundown. A lovely red is OPI Big Apple Red.

I think it depends on the colour of your sandals/flip flops for a few years I wore a blue/turquoise very similar to this. Looked perfect with my silvery, and blue sandals. Very bright and summery too. I now have darker sandals and it doesn't look quite right so wear a dark purple instead.

Another vote for coral.... Works with all shades of feet and colours of sandals

nilbyname · 07/08/2016 09:06

I wear a dark peach or a pale blue. Coral/orangey pinks are ubiquitous.... Go for something a bit different?

nilbyname · 07/08/2016 09:07

Pastel blue- it's looks fab with a tan
