Anyone not get on with glycolic?

I've tried pixi glow pads and glow tonic and a few other milder products with glycolic in and now tree how I use them. Every day and then much less I just get large not quite cystic spots. I really want to try liquid gold as I'm longing for the effect but just don't want to risk wasting the money.

The Pixi Glow Pads (although I've not tried them myself) are a strong glycolic, just like Liquid Gold. In fact, the Glow Pads are 20% and LG appears to be less, so I don't think you'd have more of an effect with LG, necessarily.

What skin issues do you want to address?

I want to even out and brighten my skin tone.

You might get on better with lactic acid: www.bravuralondon.com/collections/lactic-acid/products/10-lactic-acid-30ml

That one is a treatment, not a toner. Do you use SPF? Essential for preventing further sun damage if that's a problem. A vitamin C serum would be a good addition to your routine as well.

Thank you
