Are these too frumpy for a first date?

I bought them as I am very tiny but have joint probs so cant wear standard heels. they are mega comfy but i read a review which said that they are frumpy...
I was planning to wear them with skinny jeans small turn up and black cami top with lace trim....

phew! thanks guys! i know i should trust my own judgement but clarks have some very traumatic teenage memories attached! It's ok buying them for my kids but a whole new ball game buying them for me!

They are yummy! Looks like my ideal - they add height but you can still dance and walk in them. The overall effect of the outfit sounds sexy but not try too hard so perfect for a first date. Oooh have a good time op!

It says gold but they look kind of silver in the picture. What's the colour like irl?

burnishedsilver they are a light gold but def look more silver in the pic.

Euphemia they didn't have black otherwise i'd have snapped them p too! they had red which were gorgeous but i thught I'd get more VFM with gold as it's my colour.
