Lower eyelid surgery

I have bags under my eyes. Tear trough fillers have got rid of bag under one eye but not the other eye as there is a fat pad.

Has anyone had this surgery done? Any recommendations or advice?

Where are you? I'm in the industry (nurse not surgeon!) and can recommend a good surgeon

Sorry to hijack op...just wanted to ask goldie if she could recommend a surgeon for upper eyelids? I have one that droops more than the other so they are uneven and I hate it, never had courage to do anything yet! Sorry op again for hijack...
