Midi dresses question

I'm quite tall anyway but these comes to well below my knees. Do I have to wear very high heels to make them look good ? I'm a bit self concisious even with Spanx etc

No! Flats can be very chic, a la Audrey Hepburn.

I am very short and most midi dresses resemble ball gowns on me :(

I'm tall too and think midi dresses were made for me.

I think I might be half a stone too fat and shoes the least of my worries 😩
