I have one. I never use. I want big bouncy curls. My hair is fine but I have loads of it. I don't want a tight 80s perm look.

Do you have one? What settings do you use?

All I can get it to do is a half grown out perm sort of look :-( I had such high hopes but it was a total waste of money.

I've got one, but I've never mastered big curls.

I do love it, but I really don't think this is the tool for big curls, have you tried sleep rollers?

When I say big curls I mean loose curls - I know in my head what I want but mastering it through the BBC is a challenge!

I have one and I love it, my hair is still a bit too short for it but on high setting for tightest curl I get a really nice curl that drops just enough after an hour to look good. i am aiming for long hair so I can add a few inches of curl at the bottom al la Roxy mitchell in eastenders before she chopped it off.

I totally love mine to bits.

I have fine hair, and it is the only thing that has ever given me proper curls, apart from a perm.

I actually use quite high settings, but they are easy to change/experiment with. It is so easy to use once you get the hang of it, which is just learning when to let go of the strand of hair.
