Tiny spots of blood on face

Hi there, I keep noticing tiny (size of a pin head on my face) happening sporadically. It happened a while ago and then stopped but have started noticing again when I look in the mirror...no pain or anything and no mark when I rub it off...what could this be?

No, it's been on my cheeks

Yes but maybe it's a fine spatter....from a cough or sneeze?

No as sometimes it's higher than that and not after sneezing or coughing
