Usual thing. Huge spot has appeared on my forehead right before a job interview tomorrow. I'd like if possibly to reduce swelling I always leave them well alone so not to aggravate them, however other than cosmetic coverage (green stuff to reduce redness etc) any advice on soothing it a bit (so medicinal advice where poss).thanks!
