... Please reassure me that my feet will look and feel amazing in ten days, just in time for my holiday!

I'm starting to worry I've left it too close to going abroad and could have done with a couple of weeks in between, just in case they haven't finished peeling. My feet won't fall off if they are exposed to too much chlorine will they?!

Ten days is cutting It a bit fine - I usually finish peeling after about fourteen days. You will need to hurry it along - soak your feet every day and take every opportunity to let your feet get really moist and sweaty - trainers with no socks is perfect. Completely disgusting but it will hasten the peeling.

Soak your feet in the bath every night, and wear socks and shoes every day. You'll get the worst of it done in the first week.
