Stressed skin

Please don't judge me for this - I'm fully aware of how minor it is in the grand scheme of things:
7 week old dd is on the high dependency unit in hospital and has been for four days with acute bronchiolitis. Its utter miserable and I've no idea how long we'll be stuck here.
My skin has gone from being a little dehydrated with a tendency for redness and sensitivity to spotty, parched, rough and frankly a bit sore. I'm still using eve lom cleanser and a decleor rose moisturiser but was wondering if a serum might help sort it out when we finally escape? Anyone any suggestions? Thanks in advance. X

Oh, I hope your little one will get better soon. Regarding your question, I think you can benefit with using a hydrating serum. Superdrug does a great one from their own range (Sali Hughes highly recommend it) or you can try Hydraluron which is a fairly simple formula with hyaluronic acid that is very effective to dehydrated skin.

YY to Superdrug Hydrating Serum.

And only a twat would judge you for posting on S&B while your little one is ill. In tough times it becomes even more important that you look after yourself. Flowers
