Hormones are all over the place and I'm "glowing" like crazy. How to stay cool without baring too much fleshy flesh?

I think being comfortable is essential.

I find tying my hair up makes a huge difference.

I also wear Birkenstocks and find my feet don't sweet in then.

I wear a high factor sun cream rather than foundation and a lip balm.
Sunglasses always look good too.

Blotting sheets to combat oily face.
Keep mini deodorant or body spray in bag for frequent spritzes.
Body shop peppermint foot spray.

I hate hot muggy weather.

Sometimes even sunglasses make my face sweat!
