For rosacea, clear smooth skin just blessed with flushing. I'm looking at Double wear stay in place or Dermablend- anyone know what these are like, or any other suggestions?

ThanksSmile

Estee Lauder Maximum Cover will do the job. I've used it for years to cover my birthmark. It can transfer a bit easily in hot weather, but a little goes a very long way.

Thanks very much,do you use the one in the tube or the solid cream in a pot?

Or do you mean the one in the blue tube, the camouflage foundation?

I've got rosacea on nose and chin and I use mac select cover up. It's brilliant X

I have rosacea and use ELDW. I've had so many compliments, people saying I look well, rested, etc., and really is just that I'm under heavy duty foundation!

Dame, according to one of the reviews on the EL it's being discontinued, maybe worth checking out before buying it and finding your holy grail? Smile

^I saw that review and I am terrified that it is true. I have no idea what I'll do if it is really discontinued. I completely rely on it.

FranHastings · 24/07/2016 01:44

I'm hoping they just mean the Very Light colour has been discontinued (which is a massive pain in the arse, but not as disastrous even though creamy vanilla is too dark for my skin).

Dermablend is very thick, have you thought of using one of those new colour correcting sticks and then a thicker foundation . I know someone who had a very visible port wind stain down one side of her face - she went around EL dermablend etc had them use concealer etc and took photos so she could compar and decide which was the best for her.
