Bigger bra band, smaller cup?

I've got a Curvy Kate bikini, bra top is 32HH () but I think I need a 34 instead. Cup size seems ok, but what cup size do I order seeing as I'm going up a band size?

Is GG or H the next size down?

Hopeful bump for the evening crowd.

According to the size guide I found H would be one size down. No personal experience of how they fit though.
