Best eye cream for dark circles...

I'm looking very tired and I'm a fair redhead so dark circles look terrible! Any recs? (Rather not use concealer they all crease no matter which one so want to treat it rather than conceal it)

I realise haemorrhoid cream is usually only recommended for eye bags, but Germoloids definitely works for my dark circles. Presumably because it shrinks the little blood vessels under the skin? I apply a thick layer under my eyes and leave it on overnight. However I only use it before special occasions, as I don't feel comfortable using it everyday. I'm not sure using such a strong product on delicate under eye skin is very sensible.

On a day to day basis I apply plenty of yellow concealer to counteract the blackness. Then a normal concealer (Collection Lasting Perfection) on top to hide the yellowness.

Bio oil probably acts as a moisturiser then.
