I have lost weight and my 34FF Panache Idinas are too big in the cup.

Also in tightest clip, though they are quite old.

Any suggestions as to what size I should go for now??

You need to get the band first, as the cups might not be as much too big as you think - when the band is too loose the cups can sag badly and kind of collapse forward.

I'd say the first thing to do is try your sister sizes - so a 32G and 30GG, get the band right and then if you need to work down through the cups.

Thanks, that pretty much describes the state of the cups!

Will order a couple and try.

Was going to say the same - I lost about a stone quite suddenly due to illness earlier in the year and I actually only needed to go down in the band, cups were the same size (so 34D -> 32DD) even though they looked baggy in the bigger band.
