Navy skirt Black Tights ?

This combo is stylishly acceptable, right? I have a couple of navy dresses and am coveting a navy full midi skirt....but do not want to wear navy tights. I would only wear tan or brown boots, or converse with them, so navy or black shoes.

Do you mean like charcoal? That sounds really good, have never seen them in supermarkets I don't think. Will have a hunt!

Yes charcoal is lovely with navy. M and S usually have them. But black and navy definitely good too IMO.
