Help! Plus size summer dress

Going out to a summer party Friday night & I want to wear an off the shoulder dress with a ruffle.
Had anyone seen anything?? Pref navy and knee length ish but really want the off the shoulder look because top of my arms are wobbly & I can stay cool with this look without having to cover up in a cardi or whatever

I think subtle cami can be worn at almost any age but I don't think that is a particularly subtle it classy example. I also think that massive ruffle looks very unflattering on a large bust . Perhaps look for an off the shoulder style without that effect? Sorry can't link to suggestions as on phone.
