Dress - Yay or Nay?

I think this dress is cute. But is it too cute?

It is cute. But think about what sort of bra you'd need with it. A regular bra with straps visible would ruin the look, but if you're large of bust then a strapless one might not offer much support either.

I'd wear it and, if you've got the legs, it isn't too short at all!

Yeah, good long legs, small bust, but not so toned arms - but I'd wear a coverup (cardigan or a jacket) over it.
