Recognise this coat?

Laura Kuenssberg (BBC) had on a black coat with leather trim on the shoulders and cuffs, large square metal button holes on the front. Any ideas?

I liked the coat but thought it was a bit 'wintery' for July. I also though although it looked classy it was a bit too 'old' for her. She's only mid 30s. I think it would look great on Theresa May!
