How do I get these shoes to stay on my feet ?

I bought them but they can't slipping down the back of my ankles. DH has suggested sellotape. Not helpful.

Or use a half insole which has the effect of pushing our foot back into the heel of the shoe. You might struggle to attach the heel grips to those shoes as they are quite open at the back.
