pre teen spot treatments

my dd is 8 and has been getting a few spots on her nose. whiteheads. (she also started her periods yesterday )

are there any age appropriate creams etc she could use for the spots?

Have you taken her to the GP ? Treatment exists to delay early puberty if there are good reasons, and she is young to be going through this.
