Was thinking with a black cami and shoes?

Also taking suggestions - I'm nursing, so ideally a skirt and top. Registry office ceremony with the reception at a restaurant.

It would look less wedding-y with a black cami but I think I'd avoid white and lace for a wedding. I'm not sure why!

I would avoid white lace too! A bit too bride-like, especially as it sounds like a casual sort of wedding so the bride might be wearing quite a simple dress.

Sigh, I guess deep down I knew it was a no. I'm keen on a midi skirt, hoping to hide the extra stone I have to lose after having DD.
