Dry, fluffy hair...help!

Mid-back length hair. Originally dark brown and very shiny. These days, it's a mix of my uneven natural greys, and a combo of (super expensive) lowlights and highlights by a very experienced and well regarded colourist.

So the colour isn't an issue - the colour I like, but the condition is awful. My hair is very fine (but there's quite a lot of it) and it just never looks smooth, always ends up a dry.fluff, even when dried and straightened using a selection of products.

Please advise me - what actually works for restoring sleek shininess?

The Joico K-Pak range - shampoo, conditioner, protein treatment, intense hydrator.

It's the only thing that's ever helped me.

I use Goldwell straightening balm (Flat Marvel) for blowdrying.

My hair is fine, dry, fluffy, grey (dyed with henna).
