Brazillian blowdry?

No- it isn't a fancy method of waxing using a hairdryer Grin (that probably sounded a lot funnier in my head)

Has anyone ever had one/gets them done?

I have super thick, long and wavy hair. To get it looking nice enough for a night out it takes an hour and half and a mountain of product. Because it's so thick and wavy it gets knotty easily so can take ages to brush out too.

I'm thinking about getting a brazillian blow dry- but i'm wondering if the £200+ price tag is worth it?

My DD had one and although her hair was lovely afterwards it was also a couple of shades lighter. it had had some colour stripped out in the process. which took years to grow out.

I had one i am mixed race with very curly hair
it does work but you have to redo every 3 months, it also does effect the colour and lightens it.

could just be me but i noticed a lot of breakage at the front of my hair line

I got one via Groupon and it was a waste of money. I've had more success using the Amazon keratin treatment. Its a big faff, not being able to do anything with your hair- get it wet, tie it back, even put it behind your ears for 3 days. Apparently there is a new product out that means you don't have this 3 day wait.
