Dermal Fillers...anyone?!!

Hiya,
Just wondering if anyone has had dermal fillers. I've had a particularly stressful few years and it seems to have taken its toll!! Im 35 and particularly dislike my nasolabial creases - nose to mouth and slightly below mouth. Been considering fillers (juvederm/restylane etc) but scared! Don't want to end up with a fake, rubbery puffy face!!

Anyone had fillers? What was your experience like? Interested to hear? Anyone got before and after pics they'd be willing to share?!!

I've had them - In fact having more tomorrow !
I had them done at a dentist first time
I had pronounced nose to mouth lines and the fillers were placed on the cheek bone area which caused a lift to the lines
They were subtle but the difference was immediate and fab
I looked a lot fresher
This was 2 years ago and it's time for more
I did find it painful but worth it !

I loved getting fillers. I had my forehead and NP lines done.

My DD (30) gets a small amount, injected, in various points on her face, she feels that she looks fresher.

You won't look fake, or rubbery.

I've stopped getting them, because I've made the decision to not spend the money on them, but probably will in the future. I'm 48.

How often do you need to have them?

I've had lip filler and botox so not quite the same but the lip filler was juvederm. You are numbed with cream for fillers but it is still painful but only whilst it's being injected. I would say make sure you only go to a doctor or nurse not a beauty therapist. Also research clinics before you have anything done and check certificates. it's becoming more popular so there's an increase of cheap filler on groupon or people just going on a day course. I am glad I had it done and the nurse said it lasts 6 months to 2 years depending on how fast your body breaks it down

How much do they cost? Just out of interest :)

I pay £150 for 0.5ml and £300 for 1ml juvederm.
