Help!....DD hair green from pool!

DD has just washed her hair after first day of holiday and it's gone green from the pool! Does anyone know of any "hacks" that might work to get the green out and restore it to blond and anything she can do to stop it happening again.
We're currently on a small Greek island with very limited shops, so ideally something that would be readily available from a small supermarket would be great. Thanks

Tomato juice apparently works.

This happened to me at a hotel in Blackpool the day before a huge dance competition!! My mum washed my hair with washing up liquid it did eventually come out!

Did it work? My daughter had the same problem and the ketchup fixed it. She did smell a little odd for a day though!
