Hair colour help... what should I do?

Hi,

Long story short but had my hair messed up by a rubbish hairdresser and have now gone back to a good one. Appointment is tomorrow and I need to decide what to do:

1. stick to getting the blonde sorted out and looking nice again.
2. go multi tonal brown

I'm worried that the roots look really dark now. photo is a close up of roots and current messed up look!

I want to totally unbiased opinions on what to ask for as my friends are either.. too nice or think that they are bing funny)

So wise ones... which way should I go?

Is one side of your hair a completely different colour? Hard to tell without seeing the rest of you I imagine you are going to have to go with your hairdressers advice.

I've never been happy brown, even with multi tones in.

It's worth putting up with something that wouldn't be your first choice, to get back to the colour that you want, in a couple of months.

So don't get rid of the blond, unless you really want to.

I went dark! hairdresser said it was the only way to get the condition back
