Mumsnet, help me find a wedding dress

Help! DP and I have decided to tie the knot in a registry office in August.

I am not a wedding dress person and do not want a wedding dress. But, I would like to buy something special for the occassion - just not a big white dress.

I've always had in mind that I'd like something like this Issa dress from a few years back, but I can't find it anywhere anymore.

I'd really like something light blue as it's my favourite colour. Preferably with sleeves, and not too short. I would like to buy something special so I am definitely open to designer brands - it's not a wedding dress so I can wear it again

I have looked everywhere and just can't find anything nice enough to get married in! Any hobby stylists on Mumsnet today would like to help?

There is plenty of Issa on ebay, the dress is a popular shape so i should try that first.

Madbengalmum - it is a popular shape but the colour I like doesn't seem to be anywhere, just this horrid bright blue colour :(

The first asos one is lovely. I've had the same experience with their clothes but they do free returns so no harm in ordering and returning.

Also have you looked at gorgeous couture they do an ice grey which looks pale blue.

I think this is beautiful, simple, more modern and less Kate than the issa dress, but one of those things you'd have to try on! I liked the first ASOS one you linked to but think the quality will be poor - this is similar IMO but likely to be much better quality
