Gone on the coil, acne back with a vengeance. Using Micellar water and Nivea moisturiser - pre coil very happy with this.

Stopped using Nivea and the spots got much better. But now I have dry skin.

Can anyone recommend a new moisturiser that won't start the spots again? I can pay a bit for something.

Want to try and avoid going back to the doctor to deal with the spots.

TIA!

Have a look at the Liz Earle range.

Second the Effaclar Duo. Works for me to clear up spots/congestion

Clarins hydraquench. The only thing to solve my dryness. Once a week i add a drop of blue orchid oil to it and it feels amazing afterwards. The moisturiser I think is about £35 and orchid oil a lot more but get a sample to start with, even that lasts forever so you can make an informed decision Smile
