Eyeshadow primer

I have just bought a gorgeous slightly metallic navy eyeshadow pencil. Chubby stick type. But I'm finding that it is transferring to my brow bones. (Thank you aging process, you bitch). Not really the look I'm after. Would an eyeshadow primer help? Any recommendations?

i use a pixi primer. i find it helps to keep everything stay put.

I've used Urban Decay eyeshadow primer for ages, and I really rate it. I am on my first tube, I use it daily, and it has lasted me over a year. I still have a few months worth left.
