return timings for other stories

I returned two items about a week and a half ago and no contact at all, they send things within three days! does this return time sound ok?

it takes over two weeks, nearer three. They will email you just as you start to really panic. They have terrific customer service, I guess that takes time though.

It doesn't sound like good customer service to me. They choose not to invest in more staff to acknowledge receipt of retiurn items within a reasonable time frame. Just a 'we have received your parcel and it will be processed within xx days' would suffice.
