Just wondering because we've just booked our summer hols and I'm starting to think about all the lovely things I want need to take with me. We're going away for a week to a catered villa with family.

I think mine looks like this:

2 X swimsuits
1 X cotton pool dress
Flip flops
Heels or wedges
3 or 4 X dresses - simple cotton or linen, can be dressed up or down.
4 X t - shirts / vests - smart enough to dress up for a casual dinner with jewellery, jeans and heels.
3 X shorts
1 X loose blouse
2 X jeans
1 X clutch
1 X large tote / beach bag
1 X cardigan
1 X blazer type jacket for travelling
Trainers - converse or similar
Underwear and a couple of light nightdresses

I haven't decided on colours yet, I usually go for neutrals, blacks, whites and then choose a couple of accent colours. I think probably coral or red...

Ohh I need to think of mine but I'm not going till late October so I'm planning on snapping up some bargains in the sales Grin

we're going to Tenerife (AI) and there's a Waterpark nearby . So:

Proper swimsuits for the waterpark (2) so I don't leave my bikini top at the top of the slide.
Sarong to wear over swimsuits
Couple of bikinis to laze about by the pool

Sundress (I have an M&S multicolour one)
Flipflops for poolside (cheapie Primark pair)
Sandles (I have pink and navy which will go with most things)

I have print loose fit trousers (navy with grey/white) so a couple of tops to go with them
Skirt (black with pink,mint,white) + 2-3 tops
Shorts for daywear (need to buy)
Shorts for evening (pink and orange pattterned) couple of tops
2-3 dresses (I have navy/white and black/whte)

Something to travel in (it'll be colder here) and Converse.

Big beachbag and evening bag
Underwear, light robe
Few bits of jewellery

One of those plastic showercaps to apply conditioner overnight [attractive Blush ]

I'm only going for a week to a caravan, lol.

Most of my wardrobe is mix/match stuff.

I will probably take
4x crop leggings
4x long leggings
2x harem style trousers
(they're all red/black)

4/5 dresses (short skater style i wear with the leggings, different colours so i can be bright or drab)
3 tops (more t-shirt style

shoes it'll be my converse high tops, my birkenstocks, 2 pairs of canvas flats and my proper wet weather boots.

2 swimsuits
2 kimono cover-ups
2 cardigans
2 pairs of pjs
underwear

I'm an expert packer, and because most of its jersey/cotton type material, it all packs really small.

I may or may not take one of my Lindy Bop dresses in case we go out one of the evenings.

City breaks, and I only like to take hand luggage so I take dresses in silk mainly, so that they roll up really small. Plus no co-ordinating needed - just a dress, sandals and I'm done.

1xswimming costume
1xtrousers
1xdaydress
1xsmarter dress
3xtops (day or night)
1xsandals
1xballet shoes
1xtrainers
1xcardigan
1xscarf

Everything matches so can chop and change. Scarf is my top tip, it acts as an extra layer if needed.

We always go somewhere with a washing machine so we need fewer things.
