Sensitive/dehydrated reactive skin in this shit weather!

fragrance free, hydrating cleanser and moisturiser that leave no residue in this horrible humid weather! Anyone?

Avene is fragranced and ones that aren't have mineral oil which defo leaves a residue on my skin

What about trying an unscented organic baby range?
I think like me you've probably tried nearly everything out there!

Organic stuff seems to be worst on my skin tbh and I think baby stuff would be particularly rich :(

Moogoo. I use the scalp cream; it's the only thing that doesn't set off my sebborrhaic dermatitis. They have several moisturisers, but I stick with this one as it works and leaves no residue. Haven't got around to trying their cleanser yet.

I have used Arbonne for years - disclaimer yes I am also a consultant for them because I love the products. You can only buy online - i won't share MY website here but if you go online and put in your postcode they will find you a consultant near you! Try the FC5 line to start with - or Re9 if you want some more anti aging fighters!

I started using dermalogica ultracalming about a fortnight ago and my skin looks & feels much better. Think it has some fragrance in it though.

Tried moogoo my skin hated it :( so did my scalp!
I already use ultracalming cleanser I've used it years I love it, it's moisturisers I seem to have the issue with :(

I'm using Nivea Sensitive Day cream in the AM and Oilatum Natural Repair in the PM. I use Clinique Mild Toner underneath as it seems to help with hydration. The Oilatum is no good for daytime but it keeps my skin moist overnight.

I really like the £3 Nivea Sensitive range; for me, fragrance and a few other preservatives cause vasodilation (spontaneous redness) and I keep coming back to this particular moisturiser.

I've used the Nivea Sensitive range too and I really like it. And the pure and natural moisturisers they do.

I'm using the Simple cleanser you suggested Jo then Effaclar Duo on my t-zone, Nivea Q10 eye cream and Olay fragrance free Total Effects moisturiser. I wash in the morning with Clearasil sensitive wash, the Simple I use to take make up off at night. So far so good, I love the Avene stuff but I'm trying to cut costs a bit!

I think the best thing I've done for my skin since Feb is keep to this routine quite strictly, no acid toning, scrubs or masks. My skin is happiest being left alone as much as possible.

I wish the effaclar stuff didn't have bloody perfume in it!!
How are u getting on with that simple cleanser? Why can't I find cheap stuff for myself! Arrrrrrgh

La Roche posay toleriane fluid. It's scentless, light, no reactions and no spots on my sensitive skin. I also use the eye cream in the range

I have been loving the Rodial Dragons blood hylauronic acid spray in this humid weather.
I'm liking my Ren rose gel cleanser

I actually use comd-pressed honey as a facewash in the morning. It's bloody lovely and no adverse effects. Don't think it would take make up off though. I use the Simple cleanser for that but need to change as it's not as cruelty-free as I'd thought.
The Boots Botanicals one is highly rated I've heard, but I expect you've tried it already.

I'm using aveeno atm.

I use the nude range frm space nk, the omega oil is the only thing that my skin does not react to. I too react to avene and LRP, and I cant use organic products. Very sensitive to rose, aloe vera etc.

The nude oil is brilliant and there is a kit in the space nk sale at the moment too.

Lndnmummy you sound just like me! Haven't tried nude stuff do u use whole range? Is it expensive?

I would use the whole range if I could afford it (and did so before maternity leave) bit now I just use the oil for moisturiser as i use the dermalogica ultra calming cleanser. I have also had good success with bosy shop chamomille oil cleanser (but react to the butter version).

So yes, the nude oil is pricey but I really really rate it. It is about £60.00 and you get your money back if it breaks you out. If there is a retailer near you they should give you a sample first.
There is a kit at the moment in the sale for £36.00 with oil, cream ans cleanser.

I have spent my entire life trying to deal with my skin and findinf creams that does not aggrevate it. This is as close as I have ever come to "perfect". It is not perfect, but perfect for me if that makes sense.

I can also whole heartedly recommend the bare minerals tinted mosituriser gel thingy. It doesnt heat, redden or tighten my skin at all. First bit of makeup that I can continually use without causing my skin to react.

I have tried that bare minerals tinted gel twice now and both times hated it on my skin it just does not work for me unfortunately :( thanks though I appreciate the suggestions x
