Accessories for this dress?

I bought this Jigsaw silk dress to wear to a summer wedding, and am looking for accessories. Was thinking brown block heels but am not sure if they are dressy enough? I have small feet (used to be a 4 but seem to be a 3 in lots of places these days) which limits what I can try on. Will be along day with lots of standing so reasonable comfort required.

Then bag? Cover up in case of cold/rain? It's in Ireland so both of those things are a possibility!

I think it would look good with a fitted jacket with 3/4 sleeves picking out one of the lighter colours from the dress, or maybe a short little white cardi?
To dress it up a bit, how about hair up and some big earrings? The bare arms are crying out for some thin sparkly bangles.
