I don't even know what they're called, but they're quite popular at the moment. Like a sheer jackety-thing.

I saw a lady wearing a lovely Black one with thick white embroidery. Could be dressed up or down. Help! Where could I buy it?!

No, Megan, that's nice though. The one I've seen has more thick patterned embroidery throughout.
