Silver bangle

I'm looking for a silver bangle which can be engraved on the inside as a birthday present for a friend. I like the look of this www.hersey.co.uk/classic-sterling-silver-bangle because it looks nice and solid but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. And do you think it's nicer plain or hammered?
Thanks.

Hammered hides the dings that bangles inevitably take.....!

But can you engrave a hammered bangle?

Also watch out for hand size. I can't wear 90% of the classic round bangles sold in shops because I can't get them over my big hands. I have to look out for hinged or "C-shaped" bangles instead.

Good point about the hammering hiding any marks. The engraving is on the inside so yes, it can be engraved. I think her hands are fairly small.

It depends on how thick the bangle is. Sometimes the hammering will show through the other side. If not its fine for engraving.

And yes, bangles quite difficult to buy for people- if she has small hands there's every chance a bangle can slide off too easily.

I got a lovely one for a friend from Sallyanne Lowe on Not on the highstreet. Hammered silver and could be engraved . The one I chose for her wasn't just around bangle and it had two small triangles hanging loose, but there were others to choose from, this came in two sizes s/m or m/l. I opted for the larger and I'm glad as she doesn't have big hands but I think the smaller one would have been difficult to get on and off.
She loves it.
I went for a hammered finish as it wow hide scratches.
