I've always had 2 or 3 perfumes (eau de toilettes) on the go and they've always been branded ones, e.g. Chanel, Dior etc.
I ran out recently and on a whim bought a £6 bottle of something from Avon. It was fab. I've just got an M&S fragrance in the beauty box and, again, I love it.
Have I been conned for years in splashing out £70 a bottle? Do others find that the expensive ones last longer? have more 'depth'? I honestly don't know if I can tell the difference.
